Research was conducted for the East Central Indiana region to serve as a base for an upcoming planning project that focuses on a proposed commuter rail from Muncie to Indianapolis. The topic of this study was the culture and history of the region, which provides a brief introduction to the other topics of research. Design considerations and suggestions were developed from the noted patterns and trends seen in the research process. |
