Chihuahua

Our hotel in Chihuahua was very close to a beautiful old church. It was pleasant strolling around the church square (zocalo?), secure in the knowledge that saints and pigeons were looking after us.

Now we are in front of a gorgeous estate* turned museum. Apparently a very rich man told the woman he loved that he would build her the most beautiful home in Mexico if she would marry him. Well, he built the home, but she decided to marry someone else.
