Lunch Ride

One of the most beautiful sections of road in the country, in my humble opinion, is West Virginia 16 between Beckwith (west of Fayetteville) and US 60. It drops fast and twisty along a scenic creek, winding its way to a New River crossing, before climbing back up to US 60.

When you get to US 60, Hawk's Nest State Park is just up the road.

After this kind of scenery, the HSTA lunch spot parking lot is rather unspectacular.
