Volunteers are Needed From the Class of 2009 Parents
Joan Manning, Band Board Vice President and is looking for any parents interested
in serving on the Band Board from the present freshman class (2009). Contact Joan
at 419-354-1695 or 419-308-5867 if interested.
Scotland Update
Scotland DVDs will be finished with production on May 1st and will be distributed
there after.

Band News - Band Banquet Planning |
Band Banquet Planning
It is time to begin planning for the upcoming end of the year Band Banquet where all
students are recognized for their achievements this year, new officers are announced
and the seniors are honored. We need many people to help make the event a success.
The first order of business will be deciding on a theme and assigning job duties. Our
first meeting will be Thursday, Feb. 23rd at 7pm at St. Mark's Lutheran Church on South
College. It will be in the church library. Please bring your ideas!
If you are unable to attend, but would like to help with the banquet preparation, please
send Denise an email (dkisabeth@wbgu.bgsu.edu)

Little Caesar's Pizza Kits |
Little Caesar's Pizza Kits
REMINDER: All Little Caesar’s Pizza kits MUST be picked on Thursday February 2
between the hours of 2:30-5:30 at the High School Band Room. These kits must be
refrigerated or frozen by 6:30 pm that evening.
IN CASE YOU NEED MORE OR FORGOT TO ORDER: We will have six additional Family Meal
Kits for sale that day. The cost is $18.00 per kit and includes a pepperoni pizza,
18 piece crazy bread and 15 place and bake chocolate chip cookies!! First Come
First Serve-Contact Tim or Cathy Myers to reserve yours-419-352-5390.
CONGRATULATIONS to our top three sellers: Alexis Grotz, Seth Lambert and Emily
Haver. Each will receive a Family Meal Kit.
THANKS to all who participated. Together we raised over $1,000 for the Band Fund.
