Band Parent Help is Needed Soon
The sales of Little Caesars Pizza kits are underway. Please help support the
general band fund which helps to pay for student awards, uniform cleaning and
new instruments. Each student was sent home with an order form and informational
flyer.
Parent Volunteers are needed for Jan 24-25-26 from 7:30am-7:50am to collect
orders and money. Volunteers are also needed on Feb 2 from 12:30-2:30,
2:30-4:30 and 4:30-6:00 to help unload and sort orders.

Kroger and Meijer - A Success Story
Kroger and Meijer shoppers have done it again! Thank you! In the last two 30
day periods, Kroger shoppers reloaded a total of $28,454.00 using their band
cards. This earned $1422.70 for the band. Meijer shoppers earned $174.85 in
November and $238.88 in December for the band.
Since the response to both programs has been so great, the Band Executive Board
has decided to not hold the cookie dough fundraiser this year. As long as support
continues at this level, the board felt it would not be necessary to have this
fundraiser. So, please keep using your Kroger and Meijer cards. Kroger cards
make excellent gifts at any time. For those hard to buy for people, purchase
Kroger cards and load them for gifts. Load some and send to your college students.
Instead of giving gas money to the drivers in your family, load Kroger cards.
They are great at the gas stations.
Do you belong to an organization that gives gifts? Consider asking if they want to
use Kroger gift cards. Special orders can be done for the Kroger cards for any amount
the organization would like. Please refer them to Anne Deutschman to make arrangements.
Orders are usually available within a 3-4 days, depending on when the order is placed.
As always, any orders will earn 5% for the band.
