BGHS Band News - Little Caesars Update |
Little Caesars Update
REMINDER: Little Caesars pizza kits will be ready for pick up Monday January 28th
in the high school band room after 2:30pm. The kits MUST be picked up by 5:30pm.
Also, please remember the kits must either be refrigerated or frozen by the 5:30pm time.
If you are available to help with unloading, sorting or distribution please contact
Tim or Cathy Myers at 419-352-5390.

BGHS Band News - Little Caesars Update |
Little Caesars Update
Remember Tuesday January 22 is the last day to turn in your Little Caesars order forms and money.
The order will be phoned in Wednesday so we absolutely can’t take orders past the 22nd. Please put
the students name and phone number on the order sheet. Pick up will be January 28th from 2:30-5:30pm.
We did have one update from Little Caesars:
*We regret to inform you that our Blueberry Pie Kit has recently been discontinued. Please accept
our apology for any inconvenience this may cause. Don't hesitate to let us know if we can be of help
in making another selection. Thank you for your understanding."

BGHS Band News - Kroger Card Update |
Kroger Card Update - Updated Information
Kroger card sales have gone well over the holidays. We understand some of you have had a
hard time reaching the Foster's - We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We have had a
lot of trouble with our phone and internet service.

BGHS Band News |
Winter Concert
The annual Winter Concert is this Sunday, January 13th, 2007 at 3:00pm at the BGSU Kobacker Hall
in the Moore Musical Arts Center. The cost is $5.00 per family, $3 for students
and sr.
citizens are free. Come show your support for the Bobcat Bands and celebrate the start of the concert
season.
Little Caesars Pizza Sales
The Little Caesars Pizza Sales are underway! If your student did not get an order form at school
there will be some available at the concert on Sunday pm. Remember the student will earn $5.00
per kit sold from the third kit on (the first two sales go to the band general fund.) The sale
goes through January 21 with money to be collected on either Friday Jan 18th or Tuesday Jan 22nd.
Orders to be delivered Jan 28th and MUST BE PICKED UP BY 5:30 THAT DAY.
We are in need of parent volunteers to help collect money on the 18th and 22nd from 7:30-8:00am
at the high school. We also need help unloading orders and distributing them on Jan 28th from
10:30-11:30 and then from 2:30-5:30. If you can help at any of these times please contact Cathy

Boston Trip Planning Meetings
Planning and general information meetings for the Boston Trip are scheduled for the 3rd Tuesday
of each month at 8:00pm in the BGHS Band room. All parents with students going on the trip are
encouraged to attend.
Newsletter Mailing List
The Bobcat Band newsletter (Band Notes) is no longer being published
in hardcopy format and sent regular mail. The newsletter will, however,
continue to be published on the web site and sent out via email. To
receive an email copy of the newsletter it is important that we have
your current email address on file.
