SPECIAL THANKS...
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you to everyone who came to help set up and tear down the
tables, chairs, etc. the night of the band banquet. Everything seemed to go smoothly and
quickly. We appreciate the efforts of all of our volunteers, without whom we would not be
able to accomplish anything!
A special thank you to those who helped plan and worked on the decorations for the banquet.
We know that it was appreciated by our seniors, lower classmen and families. It is a special
evening for the members of our band. It's a fantastic celebration to end a great year!

Band Banquet
The annual band banquet is this coming Thursday evening, May 3rd beginning at 6pm. We will
begin setting up for the banquet in the large gym beginning at 2:30pm. We need several people
to help with this project. If you can help us transform the gym into a banquet room for 500
people, please arrive at the high school at 2:30pm.
Also, once the banquet is over, we need several people to help take down all of the tables
and chairs and put them away. We are asking as many people as possible to stay after the
banquet for about 45 minutes to assist us with this task.

Import Notice for Meijer Shoppers
Meijer is making some changes to their Community Rewards program. Anyone who is currently
signed up with the program should have received a letter from Meijer detailing the changes.
Effective May 1, purchases made with a Meijer credit card will earn 1% on eligible purchases.
Purchases made using cash or debit cards will earn 0.5%. Purchases made with personal checks
or non-Meijer credit cards will no longer earn rewards. Meijer has removed the minimum and
maximum spending limits. Rewards begin on the first dollar spent. Purchases made at the fuel
station will now be eligible.
The band has re-enrolled with the Meijer Community Rewards program. All individuals will also
need to re-enroll if the wish to participate. If you wish to re-enroll with Meijer, go to
http://www.meijer.com/MCRmember. You will need
your Meijer Community Reward card number. You will receive a new Meijer Community Rewards card
with a new number. The band's organization number is 951335.
We encourage anyone who shops at Meijer using cash, debit card or the Meijer credit card to
