Bobcat Band Notes July 2006 Vol 10, No 1 The following is a collection of e-mail and other notices sent out during the months of June and July, 2006.   Date Sent: July 23, 2006  Subject: BGHS Band News  Squad Leader Training Squad Leader Training for all those who signed up at the end of last school year will be held Tuesday, July 25 from 9 AM to 4 PM. Lunch will be provided, please bring a notebook and writing utensil for the day's events! Uniform Help Needed With the start of band camp it is now time to start working on marching uniforms. We are looking for people who are willing to volunteer some time. There are a variety of areas you can help with: pre-season prep work, fitting students, doing minor hemming, and on Friday nights. If you can help in any way, it would be very much appreciated, even if you can only help a couple of times. Please contact Anne Deutschman at 419-354-3014 or jakgs@dacor.net for more information. Kroger and Meijer Do you shop at Kroger or Meijer -- even if only occasionally? If you do, are you helping the band by participating in the Kroger and Meijer fundraising programs? Purchase a Kroger gift card, preloaded with $5 and load it each time you shop at Kroger. Kroger sends the band 5% for each reload. Works at the gas station, too! This is a great way to earn money for the band just doing your normal shopping.
