FundraisersKroger Gift CardsFor those of you who shop at Kroger on a regular basis, why not use a gift card and earn money for the Band? Cards come preloaded with $5 and you buy them for $5 each. You may then "load" up to $500 on the card at the service desk or any register in the check-out line. You can even use your credit card to put money on your gift card. Loading money on the card is a separate transaction and must be done before they start ringing up your purchases. Each time you "load" money on to your gift card, the band will earn 5% of the value loaded. The gift cards can also be used at the gas station. Kroger Gift Cards must be purchased from the Band for the Band to receive the benefits. This is an ongoing fundraiser that is both easy to do and easy on your pocketbook. Meijer Community RewardsThe BGHS Bobcat Band is enrolled in the Meijer Community Rewards program. To get your own card, complete an application form (contact Ken Foster) or sign up on-line at the Meijer website (www.Meijer.com/rewards). The band's organization number is 951335. Your earnings are determined by how you pay for your purchases:
Meijer will send us an earnings report each month. There are some restrictions on items that qualify for this program. You must also remember to show/swipe the card BEFORE your purchase is made. You can also get friends and family to link to your card. To do so you must have your card first. Then have them fill out an application and have them enter your card number, in the appropriate spot, to link their card to yours. Buying food at the concession stand at home football games is a great way to support the Band. 100% of the profits from the sales goes straight to the Band! The Band Boosters would also like to thank the following local businesses for their generous donations and support:
