Welcome
Welcome to the web site of the Bowling Green High School Bobcat Bands. The
BGHS band program includes a 150+ member Marching Band during football season and three
sit down bands for the remainder of the year: the Freshman Band, Concert Band and
Symphonic Band. And let's not forget the Jazz Cats and Pep Band.
The BGHS Bobcat Band program has a Legacy of Excellence,
with many notable performances locally and abroad.

Boston Trip "Update" Meeting
Get the latest information about fundraising, plans, calendar Sunday,
April 27th in the BGHS Band Room 3:00-4:00pm or repeat at 7:00-8:00pm.

opportunities!
Band Banquet Meeting to Finish Last Minute Items
We will be meeting on Monday, April 28th at 6:30pm to deal with last minute
items related to the Annual Band Banquet.
We still need several people to help with set-up and tear down on Tuesday,

Fundraisers
A brief description of each of our current fundraisers are listed
below. More details are available on our
Fundraisers page. For more information on a specific
fundraiser, click the appropriate link below.
- Kroger Gift Cards
-
For those of you who shop at Kroger on a regular basis, why not use a gift card and earn
money for the Band? Cards come preloaded with $5 and you buy them for $5 each. You may
then "load" up to $500 on the card at the service desk or any register in the check-out
line. You can even use your credit card to put money on your gift card. Each time you
"load" money on to your gift card, the band will earn 5% of the value loaded. The gift
cards can also be used at the gas station.
Kroger Gift Cards must be purchased from the Band for the Band to receive the
benefits. This is an ongoing fundraiser that is both easy to do and easy
on your pocketbook. To purchase cards or get answers to your questions on
how the Kroger program works, please contact Gary Saddler at 419-345-2007 or
gsaddler@verizon.net.
- Meijer Community Rewards

The Bobcat Band is signed up with Meijer Community Rewards. To get your
card, complete an application form or sign up on-line at the Meijer website
(www.Meijer.com/rewards).
The band's organization number is 951335.
- Concession Stand

Buying food at the concession stand at home football games is a great way to support
the Band. 100% of the profits from the sales goes straight to the Band!

Newsletter Mailing List
The Bobcat Band newsletter (Band Notes) is no longer being published in hardcopy
format and sent regular mail. The newsletter will, however, continue to be published
on the web site and sent out via email. To receive an email copy of the newsletter
it is important that we have your current email address on file.
